45. Persons with a degree granted before 24 March 1994 and recognized by the Government under the first paragraph of section 184 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) may apply for a permit and be entered on the roll as junior engineers. To be entered on the roll as engineers, they must show, in accordance with section 21, that they have practised the profession continuously for 2 years.
